sorry
kinda new to this, i just started using it and when i tried clicking help, the pop up thing wouldnt tell me jack.. as in, it says "link not found". i dunno why, so if anyone would care to take the time to explain how to select an area, or make an area or something. also, how to make a group of units spawn in a specific place at a specific time. also, how to make enemy units attack at a certain time. any help would be appreciated. kthnkx!!

To view the helpfile you just need to double click 'm.chm' in the mapeditor folder; it will tell you the basics. As for testing you can either make the map public by uploading it to the 'Map Sharing' forum in a stickied post, or privately test it as explained here: http://www.warfareincorporated.com/xyzzy/viewtopic.php?t=2422

Hope this helps!

Rapidshare requires certain cookies to be present when downloading; only fileshare sites that support hotlinking work with custom URL. I use www.fileden.com it's quite advert-heavy when you register but you don't have to use a legit e-mail/other contact information.

EDIT: Oh yea, in some cases the filename at the end of the URL is case sensitive!!

Yes, if you go to the file menu there will be an option called "Compile." That option will give you the .pdb file

It might not be in the File menu, I don't have access to one at the moment. But there is an option called Compile somewhere.

The option your're after is called 'Export Mission Pack' If you click that it exports the current mission and any other missions open in the editor into a single .pdb map pack.
