Just a short note... The menu of Warfare Incorporated slides in very choppy and laggy. It's like it is a mere 3 FPS in the animation.
It doesn't affect performance, but it looks very unprofessional.

The issues with the choppy menus is not a Warefare Inc problem but a bug in the T3. Please see this thread on BrightHand. The fix for this bug is to download the file discussed in the thread. Prior to doing this, the menus were choppy for me and game play would occasionally be choppy. The patch fixed this.

No, I have the patch and the menus are still choppy. Besides, I reckon the game would run fine on a Tungsten T3 without the patch. A few megahertz shouldn't matter, as it's still faster than any Sony CLIÉ.

It runs smoother on my T3 than it ever did on my NX70.

i believe that this problem is related to the game itself. it did this on my old m505, and it still does it on my new ipaq h1945 with the best grafix available beside the zodiac

These problems are fixed in the OS 5 version of Warfare which is in beta test now. Not to mention a turbo speed boost, landscape view and improved audio on NX/NZ series devices.
