Yes it does. I use a first gen iPod Touch as my test device during development of Warfare Incorporated.

iTunes user review, but I bought and downloaded my copy today and it works fine.

Works great! Love the game play style and potential this game has. I find it to be one of, if not the deepest game to come out for the iPhone/iTouch class of mobile devices. I look forward to watching this game evolve! Heard a rumor that Blizzard was looking to port Starcraft for the iPhone/iTouch. Have you heard this rumor as well? If so, does it concern you at all? LOVE THIS GAME!
