Handmark won't allow key generation after purchase ....?

On Sat, 9 Jun 2007 i purchased online the title "Warfare Incorporated for Windows Mobile Pocket PC v1.2" .I checked my card and it was billed right away , the confirmation mail i got from Handmark shortly after also confirmed the purchase (order number HMEC2793425).

Today Tuesday , 12 Jun i still can't generate a License Key for Warfare Incorporated and on my Handmark account page it says that "There is no billing history associated with this account ".

I used their online form to contact them but i read a lot on the net about them not answering emails , anyone got a suggestion ?

It seems i am a bit off season with this purchase but i thought it is a worth to have game , would be nice if it is still supported too - online purchases should run smoother now days i think .

Update :

Handmark customer support did reply to the webform and sent me the key per email .It seems the automated online purchase system doesn't work till the end but they do have a working support department so contact them using their webform in case you need something .
