I'd love an enhancement to THIS FORUM: a dedicated SUPPORT FORUM with staff from Handmark/Spiffcode answering - alongside experienced users who want to help!

that I really want answered!

I'm sorry for the confusion on your post. mrpinkeye's answer was absolutely correct, and I thought it was sufficient. I tend to let users answer each others questions if possible. I will of course answer any posts that don't get answered, and correct any posts that are misleading or incorrect.

hope this explains the confusion.

Perhaps when another user answers a user’s question correctly, a support technician could simply acknowledge that the answer is correct.
