HELP WITH HOTSYNC STUFF!

I recently inherited a Treo (One of the old HandSprings) from my Mom, and the demo of WarFare Incorporated works excellent on it. I would like to register the game, but it requires a HotSync ID No. The problem is that I didn't inherit a HotSync cable with it, and so I have never hot synced, and so I don't have an ID.

What's worse is that the serial Hot Sync cable that goes with this model has been discontinued. Can anyone tell me how to change my ID without one or help me to find a cable? I would be most appreciative. :wink:

:arrow: P.S. Before you say something like "you should already have one, blah blah blah", note that I had to HARD RESET the thing when I got it from my mom and my charger cable (which I did get) does not double as a Hot Sync cable.

If you need any info to help in this search, I would be happy to give it to you. Just Ask.

you cant make a fake hotsync id. Theres no way to fix this :(

But wait! There's still a chance if I miraculously get Palm desktop and find a cord on like, I don't know, e-bay or something. hmm... I wonder if I can borrow my dad's Credit Card... :twisted:
