Can't get this to work

My friend told me about this game and I want to try it. I downloaded the trial version. I have a Pocket PC. I have installed it in my main memory, my SD card and my CF card and the same thing always happens. When I tap the icon, the top bar says "warfare incorporated" as if it is going to start the program. Then it goes back to where I was. Nothing happens. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
