If you look you'll notice a new orange 'RSS' button on the mission download page (http://www.warfareincorporated.com/missions.php). Now you can use your favorite RSS feed reader to subscribe and be notified of new user contributed missions. Enjoy!

That's fairly useful. Good job.
However, I think it would be more useful if it were to link to the topic about the level instead of the download link. I never download a level without reading the description, so right now all it serves as is an alarm clock type thing. |

RSS has nothing to do with security. I think you mean SSL or some similar protocol.
W3Schools.com wrote: What is RSS? * RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication * RSS allows you to syndicate your site content * RSS is a selected list of defined items on a site * RSS defines an easy way to share and view headlines and content * RSS files can be automatically updated * RSS allows personalized views for different sites * RSS is written in XML The reason it "turned your page into a script" is because it is in XML. In order to use RSS effectively, you must download an RSS reader. I personally recommend Mozilla Thunderbird. For a more thorough explanation of RSS, I recommend W3Schools.com. |
