Here is a list of my reccomended enhancements:

1 Medics or a hospital building to heal troops.

2 Engineers or a maintenance building to repair vehicles.

3 New terrain features: Tundra, Volcanic, Urban.

4 Spys. Can only be detected by gun/missle turrets and radar stations.

5 Server hosting with a chat room for starting games Something like
Blizzards Battle.Net
(One chat room should be sufficient)

6 A version that can be played on a PC and is compatible with handhelds.
(This may be a slight degression from the games origional purpose)

7 Power armor troops.

8 One or two new vehicle types.

Game Tweaks

1 Detection range for units.
(After an area is discovered, it should turn to grey for that player if
they no longer have units that can see that area of the map.
A player should not be able to see anothers troop movements just
because that area of the map was visited once)

2 Add the replicator and activation pads to the map editor.

3 Upgrades should take much longer, or each vehicle/troop type should be
researched sepparatly.

4 Vehicles and troops should take longer to create.
(This makes multiple buildings a necessity)

That's it for now...

re:2 They are. Just drag the items window bigger.

re:3 & 4 Difficulty setting affects these.

re: the rest: believe it or not, all of these have been suggested  (I know, the thread is too big to read it all). :D Good ideas, though, to be sure!

not likely, I e-mailed spiffcode a couple days ago asking for a reply (as well as some stuff about how noone {I have NO idea how to spell that} plays warfere because of this and how sales would go up alot if they came out with a new version, I hope they come out with one, even if it's a small change

Have you noticed, I have nothing better to do than read and write at the forums :|
