using registry editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT USER/Software/Spiffcode/Warfare Incorporated and you find the binary value which believe to the cheat editor but i don't know how to create cheat...

1. Open any Mission
2. Note the money you have
3. Save the game
4. Exit Warfare
5. Convert the noted money to hexadecimal value
6. Open saved game with hex editor (I usually use FileComanderCE)
7. Search for the hex value you've got before (watch for byte ordering)
8. Replace the value with FF FF FF
9. Save the file
10. Run Warfare
11. Load last saved game you've edited
12. Now you have unlimited money

I've tried this trick with all the missions where money is important
It always works..........

Is FileComanderCE like a file maneger??? cuz have tealmover and it rocks.

And how come when i edit it i get 100 pages of
00 ff ff 00 06 ff ff . Y^.Y
?? so i edit every line or somthing?

Wow I just noticed I can create levels in the game I can make tanks more stupid oh I did it yayyyy! but how cash where do I find it?

CEFile Commander is a File Manager App, with builtin HexEditor, you can get it at http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/cefilecommander.shtml

Unfortunatelly the excact location of money value is different between missions, so you must find it by trial and error (but it's quiet easy)

As an example for the Freebooters Mission, the location of money value is at offset 0D5h,0d6h,0D7h. You will find values 10 27 00, because the default money value of that mission is 10000 (in decimal). Replace it with FF FF FF, load the games...and enjoy..you have unliited money. :D
