Moving WI to a Vx

I'm trying to test out WI for a Palm Vx, but I have some issues. (1) It is connected through a serial port, and therefore would take several hours to synchronize WI. (2) When I install the grayscale version on my Tungsten T's card and beam its files to the Vx (infrared is slow, but much faster then serial), it still doesn't work, stating that it doesn't have a correct software graphics driver. What to do?
