If a campaign has more than ten levels, and is numbered numerically, will 11 fit in right between 1 and 2, like it does in the level editor? Hopefully, it doesn't, but has anyone ever tested this?

No, but you can be the first.....just create 11 or 12 empty levels, save them as a pack, and load it.

If you put 0s in front of all the single digits then it'll appear fine.
