How do I make it so that when you submit a campaign, the downloader gets all the levels in it? It would really help organize my campaign missions forum.

Simply open every mission in M at the same time (File -> Open), then hit Compile. It will Compile every open mission into one PRC.

Um... where is the 'compile' button? I can't find it under the File, Edit, Setting, Windows, or Help tabs.

Try Export, under File. That compiles and saves the files.
