I am using a demo version (no paypal or credit cards), but shouldn't you be able to play CHALLENGE MISSIONS? Just a question. :D

I believe you need the full version to play Challange Missions. Otherwise, there would be hardly any point in buying. (Other then multi, but still)

Yes, you can select them after you purchase. They are listed in the demo (but not selectable) so you know what you'll get if you purchase.
