Cleaning Up The Missions List

With the Android version now available I am back playing WI. There are some great community generated missions. And then there are the the others...:? Would anyone like to help me sort through them by playing and then rating as many missions as possible?

For those interested in my progress I have a Google Sheet: Public Warfare Incorporated Missions List. This may not be the best way to go about it, but it is what I have and I am willing to entertain other suggestions!

In the spreadsheet I have for my personal reviews of the missions, I have used a 1 to 5 rating range where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent. Then the ratings are averaged over the mission and over multiple reviews. The format I have been using is as follows:

Further details about the mission or your ratings: So frustrating! Could be the very best mission, but the locked processor bug leads to much @#$&. I did finally finish! I wish we had the source to try and debug.
Tips or tricks [Spoilers!!]: I did a lot of saving to try and keep the processors alive. Miner breaks we a good time to relocate the miners through the west maze and redirect. 5 guards can send miners back to work. A miner in the right spot can trigger a second processor.

Further details about the mission or your ratings: Once I had a plan it became a bit boring, and getting to the idea of a solution was more frustrating than fun.
Tips or tricks [Spoilers!!]: Ignore all the other vehicles and the replicator. I pooled all my Andys at the start of the maze opposite of the replicator. By moving them together away from the maze, then only bringing them forward when the antiAndys were even with the group I was able to maximize the life of my Andys and keep the last two legs the maze open and collecting points. I also marched up the maze with my HQ and deployed it in the top of the last leg, but that seemed like cheating.

Further details about the mission or your ratings: This mission has some odd behaviors. Not enough to call them bugs, but the triggers are a bit off. It ends with enemy still on the field. If you don't enter the base, it give you enough vehicles and soldiers to outlast the enemy. I did find it challenging and fun to win if I entered the base and did not receive the extra help.
Tips or tricks [Spoilers!!]: Head South East. Send your CR not long after your initial group. Trigger the enemy attacks by entering the base and build vehicles like mad to keep up. I made an additional VTS and a GP next to the VTS North and outside the base.

Tips or tricks [Spoilers!!]: The 3 pads are the one next to your starting position, the one immediately south of your starting position outside the Red base, and the one just East of the wall separating your starting spot and the Light Blue base.

Tips or tricks [Spoilers!!]: Head South to set up base. I think that draws away the spawning enemies South and gives you a break to get set up. Once set, send a VTS worth of vehicles at the narrow central entrance to draw off the spawn. Heading straight East from the South base entrance will set you up at the road. Get rid of the 3 towers and the 3rd a second time. Don't take too long or the span will start in the North West with a vengeance. Mission accomplished. For extra fun head up North East with Andy and clone him a bunch of times!

Further details about the mission or your ratings: I was unable to get the game to end, even after killing all 6 executives and Fox and destroying/capturing all the enemies' personnel, vehicles and buildings. Other wise a great mission that took some figuring before I was able to "win".

Once you have an equilibrium with the attackers, go North with Raiders and work your way around using the Replicators to replace vehicles and personnel. I packed the exit road in the South East with vehicles before I captured the HRC there where Fox is hiding.

Tips or tricks [Spoilers!!]: I went up with the vehicles in the lead to kill the first version of Fox. I leave the two broadswords to deal with the next Fox while I take the Eagle to the West to kill the Fox on the pad. Once he is gone, then the spawning will stop and the last Fox is all that is left. Send the Eagle out to distract while you kill.

Focus on the SW corner base. Always kill the ever spawning guard and let the broadsword hammer on you while you destroy the towers and other enemies. Run away to the notch just NE of your spawn spot where you leave your raiders and base to get your health back and then backtrack to do more work on the SW base. Once any other of your team enter the base, other enemy will spawn. The SW Fox is a challenge because you have no help. I can only ever get away with the bare minimum of life so I take the broadsword down to the minimum life before I try on Fox and use multiple passes at the Hydra to isolate and shield from him. Once you can bring your team in safely, build, capture and defend the SW. Never poke the hornet's nest in the South until the very end. Two Foxes on the trail to the NW in the bushes. Capture center next, then clockwise around the map. All corner bases will span extra enemy if any other team member enters besides Andy. One Fox in the NE corner. Two Foxes in the final South base.

From the start, act quickly! Protect your HQ. Get all your team in the base and fighting. Rebuild your buildings & towers, build vehicles and start mining. Put Andy in the SE corner of the base to snipe and hold all the red team from attacking. Once you have yellow stopped, capture the rest in the S, then start on the red E base. If you capture the red HQ then Fox will run the outside loop with a span of helpers. Stop his path to prevent a chase.

All of this must be done with precision and exactness. Andy attrition is the enemy. Set Fox alone at the bottom of the map. He must survive and will not be bothered. There are many enemy Andys hiding in occluded corners and in bushes. All enemy will pursue you before you can attack them. Some large groups of Andys and Liberators will trigger and pursue without stopping. These must be met with the whole force and it is best if they are strung out around corners or through gaps, so that all the firepower can be directed at one enemy at a time and maximum healing can occur. Some of the enemies only pursue for a short distance if they are not engaged or enticed by nearby attacks. These can be carefully drawn out and dispatched by a small force. Do not trade Andy for Andy. You will loose this way. I start by destroying the 3 Andys in the SE area by the surveillance center. This way generated Liberators and Guards will gather there and not harass you further. Destroy the VTS and HRC in the middle of the map. The SW base is next, with 6 stop Andys and 2 pursuit groups (3 Andys & 7 Liberators total), the final one that only triggers when you get deep into the corner. NW is next by taking out all the Andys & towers along the entrance and W 2/3 of the wall. Take two Andys in step by step and retreat tot he large group when pursued. I also draw them out by shooting the nearby buildings once and retreating. Destroy only the necessary towers and powers working E to the SE and then down the E side. Finally ignore all the other enemys and buildings and get to the ship with Fox.

Move the SE guards to the W and up the canyon to the base after the enemy patrol passes. You can get to the first major bend in the canyon and hide there until they pass S. Move the NE guards to the N trees to hide, until both groups can meet and the major crossroads N of the base. Don't attack anyone until you are all together and join the reinforcements to the group ASAP. Once you destroy all the bullpups, eagles and enemy guards. Use the whole group in force or you will be diminished too much to destroy the base in time. Knock out the power to the base and destroy all buildings and towers: surveillance and power first. Then run all to the NW corner for extraction. You may need to sacrifice a few to delay pursuit, but as long as all surviving team members make it to extraction, you will will.

Capture 5 warehouses: NW, N, NC, SW & top exit, SE sneak route along the top wall of the Replicator field. Sit on the 3 triggers: W, NW, SE, but look out for the extra enemy that will head for the replicator. Set up your base as high in the start area as possible. Move your team to the entrance to the SE enemy base and wait until you can get your base set up. ASAP send a raider to the NW warehouse and then your resource issues will be alleviated. balance sending new vehicles to plug the N flow of enemy and the SE entrance. Meanwhile capture the warehouses and trigger the pads. You may want to wain until the central S HRC and GP are captured before the last trigger.

Immediately move the starting group to the NE. Set up the base and quickly capture the VTS, HTC and processor S of your base. Capture the 4 storage buildings, the HQ and Surveillance center by taking the raiders down the E past the fenced area and at an angle to the SW. You may need to pull the SE group of enemy to the SE corner near the gray Surveillance building. Eventually destroy these enemy and the gray SB. Then just trigger the 3 pads in the NW, SW and SE.

Each of 3 pads has regular span. Destroying enemy on pads will make the mission easier. Build a surveillance tower to enable towers. Kill enemy surveillance towers from your base at S of main base and SE of the main galaxite field to knockout enemy towers. Enemies hidden in NE trees. Guard central canyon path to main base and attack either corner through the other accesses.

Take out the enemy and bullpup immediately S of the start. Leave all buildings but the power generators. Then move all the units SE and across to the 4 obelisks and S. Take the Cyclops and Andy to knock out the power. With all units in the SE move W to destroy the bullpups there. Also Andy and the Cyclops can take out the power in the central S. This should stop the towers. Capture the SW bases, then clean up the board before the time is up.

Work your way to the W central area above the GPU. You can drag the Hydra in front of the gates and draw a good number of enemy to where you can destroy them without being in harm. Then work your way to the top entrance of the NW while destroying any enemy until you can enter and win.

Start W, attacking on Broadsword. Work from there E and N to the NE. The replicator area is protected by towers, so skip it and work across the N to the NW. Rush the towers and be ready to move your vehicles away from the towers. Then with the Cyclops take out the towers and reverse the path to destroy the 4 generators, and into the replicator area. Then Andy to the area S of the 4 generators. Finally all 3 to the start.

Speed is best. Start the bullpups. Raid the HRC & VTS and closest generators, then the HQ and Surveillance Tower. Build an RDC to upgrade the VTS. Build as many vehicles as possible and move them just S and protect the two entrances to that space.
